Start your morning slowly, with intention and gentle movement 🌸 This Vinyasa Yoga class, led by Joey H (@joeytahirendernath), is a calming space to ease into your body and quieten a busy mind. Through soft breathwork and flowing asana, Joey will guide you in finding a sense of comfort and grounding.

We’ll begin with soothing stretches to release any tension, then move into a gentle vinyasa flow designed to bring lightness and ease to the rest of your day.

It’s perfect if you’re new to yoga, creating a morning routine, or simply needing a pocket of peace. And if you ever feel anxious, this class is a supportive space where you can just be, breathe, and feel cared for.
