Gentle Gym

Introduction

Dear girls, 

Thinking about joining a gym but not sure where to start? This friendly session is a supportive introduction to the gym, guided by a qualified instructor who will walk you through machines, free weights, gym etiquette, and the basics.

It’s designed for anyone who wants to start working on themselves but feels unsure or intimidated by the gym. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how everything works, feel more confident, and be ready to take that first step. You might even meet a gym buddy along the way!

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. No prior gym or exercise experience needed, just a willingness to learn and give it a go.
