Join us for a grounding Mindfulness Workshop with Tania (@reitelcoach), a High-Performance Psychology and Mindfulness specialist who works with clients across Europe and the UK. 🌿✨

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, intentionally and without judgment. It’s about noticing your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, instead of running on autopilot.
