What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, intentionally and without judgment. Itβs about noticing your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, instead of running on autopilot.
Research shows that regular mindfulness practice can:

This workshop is an introduction to mindfulness that will leave you with practical tools you can use in everyday life: a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
