Welcome to The Letter Club. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. I've kept these as clear and simple as possible, because no one should need a law degree to join a snail mail club.
Membership
The Letter Club is a monthly subscription at £10 per month, billed on a recurring basis. Your membership begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time, and you won't be charged again after your cancellation is processed. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll still receive that month's post and perks.
Snail Mail
Your monthly letter will be sent to the postal address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is accurate, as I'm not able to resend items lost due to an incorrect address.
If you move, update your address by getting in touch at hey@deargirls.co.uk before the next send date.
Post is sent once a month. Exact send dates may vary slightly, and delivery times depend on Royal Mail.
Member Perks
As a Letter Club member, you'll have access to:
Discounted tickets to selected Dear Girls Club events
Access to the private online community (launching May 2026)
Discounts at independent businesses in Edinburgh

The local discounts offered through The Letter Club are provided in partnership with independent Edinburgh businesses. All offers and discounts are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of each individual partner business. Dear Girls Club does not control, guarantee, or have any liability for the availability, value, or continuation of any partner offer.
Partners may update, pause, or withdraw their offers at any time without prior notice. We'll always do our best to keep the member perks page up to date, but please check directly with the business before visiting.
Discounts are for Letter Club members only and are non-transferable.
Event Tickets
Member discount codes for Dear Girls Club events are for personal use only. Codes cannot be shared, sold, or transferred. Discounted tickets are subject to event availability.
Ticket purchases are governed by the terms set at the time of booking. Refunds and cancellations for events are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account or by emailing hey@deargirls.co.uk.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you have an issue with your post or membership, please reach out and I'll always try to find a fair solution.
Changes to the Membership
The Letter Club may evolve over time, with new perks, changes to the format, or updates to pricing. I'll always give members reasonable notice of any significant changes. Continued membership after any changes take effect means you're happy with the updated terms.
Your Data
Your personal information (including your postal address) is used solely to fulfil your membership. It will never be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver your post. For full details, see the Dear Girls Club Privacy Policy at deargirls.co.uk/privacy-policy.
