Dear Girls Club CIC

  1. The promoter is Dear Girls Club CIC, operating at deargirls.co.uk.

  2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to women aged 18 and over who are based in Edinburgh. Employees, volunteers, and anyone directly involved with Dear Girls Club CIC are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to enter. There are three ways to enter, and each counts as a separate entry:

    • Subscribe to the Letter Club at deargirls.co.uk before 23:59 on Wednesday 29th April 2026. This entry method counts as 5 entries.

    • Like the giveaway post on Instagram, follow the Dear Girls Club page, and tag a friend or Edinburgh small business in the comments.

    • Submit something via the mailbox at deargirls.co.uk/mailbox before 23:59 on Wednesday 29th April 2026.

  4. Existing subscribers. Those subscribed to the Letter Club in April 2026 prior to the giveaway announcement are automatically entered with 5 entries.

  5. Closing date. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday 29th April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

  6. Winner selection. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The draw will take place on 29th April 2026, with winners announced on 30th April 2026.

  7. The prize. Three winners will each receive:

    • A Letter Club subscription covering April to December 2026

    • A £25 gift card for a Letter Club partner business of their choice, subject to availability

    • A Dear Girls Club tote bag

    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

  8. Partner gift cards. The £25 gift card is redeemable at a Letter Club partner business of the winner's choice. Availability of specific businesses is subject to change. Dear Girls Club CIC is not responsible for the availability or terms of individual partner businesses.

  9. Winner notification. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message or email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.

  10. Data. Personal data collected through entries will be used only for the purposes of running this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. For full details, see our privacy policy at deargirls.co.uk.

  11. General. Dear Girls Club CIC reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
