Dear girls,

Maki night is here and I cannot wait to share this one with you!

We are spending the evening at the gorgeous Fourdish in Morningside learning how to make maki rolls from scratch. I am Shaira, a trained sushi chef and the face behind @sushi.with.shai, and I am here to make the whole thing feel way less intimidating than it looks!

You will go home knowing how to actually do it. And probably wanting to make it every weekend after that.
