We have all ordered it. Now let's actually learn how to make it!

We are teaming up with the lovely people at Recreation Jewels for an evening of matcha making right inside their shop on Thistle Street. They are leading the session, teaching us how to make matcha properly from scratch, with a little whisk and a lot of curiosity.

You will get a demo, then have a go yourself, and by the end of the night you will finally know how to make the drink you have been ordering everywhere. Turns out it is really fun to make too!

And once the whisking is done, there is plenty of time to sip, chat, and have a little browse around one of Edinburgh's most beautiful independent jewellery shops! <3
